Living alone, I don’t have a strong man here to help me lift heavy boxes or move heavy furniture around or take awkward objects up and down the stairs. I’d like a nice strong man around to help me dig holes outside in my garden for planting… It’s just a fact – 99% of men are stronger!!

I always have issues with the back scratching thing. Yeah, I have a dog, but she wouldn't know the first thing to do with that. Or with suncreen or carrying boxes, etc. E.P.s last blog post..Suggestions…

I totally agree with you on this! luckily, I do live with someone, but if he weren't around, how in the heck would I open those tight-lidded jars of sauce!? seriously. and I have had him put aloe on me before too... but if I had no one around, I probably would drive to my mom's house! ha. she only lives 10 minutes away after all... I'm usually okay killing my own bugs and lifting my own heavy things, but putting the mattress pad on the bed - and flipping the mattress - are just impossible without a plus-one. They make lotion-appliers on sticks - like backscratchers but with a series of rolly things like ball-bearings. I've never tried one but I think they were invented for us single ladies.
