Chicagoans…I have little faith in our city. No, no, no. Mostly our weather. Saturday is not looking good folks.

In addition to the weather woes, Jamie pointed out that the map is deceiving and we’d be walking a wee bit too much. So we’re trying to re-route our crawl, cutting it in half if necessary. Would any of you be opposed to postponing the Cupcake Crawl until a more pleasant weekend? I don’t know about you, but walking around in 40-degree weather with a sopping-wet cupcake doesn’t sound pleasant to me. Sad

None of this applies to me because I’m neither in Chicago nor taking part in the Cupcake Crawl. But… I love cupcakes. And totally wish I could!

Yeah the weather for this weekend doesn’t look good – which seems to be a trend. I was really looking forward to attending but if you guys want to reschedule I’m okay with that. As long as it’s not Memorial Day, I’m free! That could give me time now to work on my Macbaby.

The original route might have been a teeny bit far to walk, but would be a super-easy trip on the bus. Just sayin’. And since it’s rescheduled, I might be able to go- can I get added to the evite list?
