i have a personal trainer too and it was the best decision i could have made. they really kick your ass. my only recommendation is to give yourself a day off after a session because man will your body be sore.

I’m so jealous of and excited for your tickets to see Ingrid Michaelson. I think we’re using one of her songs as our First Dance at our wedding. Too bad that weekend is already packed to the gills for me. Otherwise, I’d be all over buying tickets to that concert.
