I did about 100 crunches last night. That’s a big number for me. After my strenuous workout, I pulled myself off the floor and stood in front of the mirror doing my “before/after” looks. This is when I said “it’s not working.” I felt discouraged that after 100 crunches my abs weren’t transformed into holy-abs-o-steel!

Do you know where Greektown is? You’re pretty close to UIC there. Plus if your pants are falling off, it would seem you don’t need to do crunches…

I seriously took that loldogs pic from the site today and emailed it to my coworkers! Creepy. Also, I want to petition Scrabulous to make ANY word with a Z legal. Because I swear I get the Z every game and have to basically throw it away. Lame.
