My BlackBerry is almost 2 years old. I so go for the Curve, rather than the Pearl. The Pearl is really difficult to type on because the keys are shared. Example, the Q shares the same key as the W, you just have to hit one side or the other of the key when you type. And the key is tiny so its easy to mis-type. The curve, each letter gets its own key.
