Massage therapists are actually more inclined to getting hurt from the toll the work takes on our bodies. Craziness! Self care is wonderful. All that work you get done during a massage won't matter if you don't do self care to help the muscles. At the current time though, exercises are not helping much. I scheduled a massage for Monday!
