It’s November 3. Since most department stores are advertising for Christmas already, I assumed it would be okay to start my Christmas list. (In all seriousness, I am extremely irritated by the fact that three days after Halloween I see ads for Christmas trees and “Merry Christmas” banners up in Target! What happened to Happy Thanksgiving?) It’s too damn early for Christmas music and Christmas sales!!

Anyway..I’ve done a lot of soul searching and I’ve reached the conclusion that I’ve been very good all year long and do deserve all of these delightful gadgets. Thank you in advance.

Why I crave it: I’m not a photographer by trade. Sure I snap a few photos of trees, shoes in black and white and family get-togethers. But if I had this camera, I would become the next Annie Leibovitz. I’d make garbage look good!
