The following is probably not very work safe. The website linked, as well as the ad photos (put into thumbnail size for this reason, are pretty sexually explicit – as stated by Tom Ford’s website. I’m not putting them up here to be trashy…just simply making a point.
I heard that sex sells…but I think it’s getting quite ridiculous. I’m not offended by nudity or anything like that. But I think there’s a fine line between classy and trashy. I find Tom Ford’s new ad for his fragrance for men to be a bit too much.
The fact that the pictures are considered “sexually explicit” on his own website have to say something. I just don’t see why men need to look at naked women in order to purchase something. It’s not as if a naked, big-breasted woman is going to pop out of the bottle the minute he sprays it on.
I realize they’re not really exposing anything that shouldn’t be exposed. But I still think it’s too much. This goes for a lot of advertisers though. A lot of celebrities strip down for to sell their product. I just don’t see the point.

Wow… You have to get some highly detailed bikini waxing to get that smooth a surface on your hoo-haw.
Ouch!
I don’t like the ads either.

I have to wonder how much is natural and how much is a result of photoshop…

Being French, I’m very liberal, but that’s insulting to women as much as to men in my opinion. Eau de Hoo-Haw? Please.

It’s nice to get a man’s opinion on this Dave.
