Congratulations Chicago! You have the highest gas prices in the nation! While driving home from the Cook County Courthouse today I saw that gas has reached $3.79 per gallon…and that’s for the unleaded!

I also need to congratulate O’Hare Airport for being the busiest airport for Memorial Day weekend for the second year in a row. Friday, May 25th, is rumored to be the busiest day for travel. Luckily my boyfriend will be flying in on Thursday night and will miss that by only a mere three hours.

A Rembrandt etching worth nearly $60,000 was stolen from an art gallery on Michigan Avenue this past weekend. A couple walked into the gallery and within five minutes the 400-year-old piece of art was gone. Police are still looking for the couple suspected of stealing it.
